Referring Partners

Criteria

  1. Exemplifies ability to promote the product through internal or external marketing to friends, network, customer database or owned website or other media.
  2. Reputable individual or entity
  3. Shows acceptable knowledge in respective field, and displays the ability to refer individuals or corporations to the respective LGE product website
  4. Embraces objectives and the technology of the LGE product to which they refer

Duties of the Referring Partner

  1. View orientation videos explaining the functions, value proposition, and general sales processes
  2. Refer potential clients to LGE or LGV websites or corporate phone number for inside sales, or a reseller of your choice
  3. Referring Partner accepts all responsibility surrounding the entry of the referral code into the system to assure Referral Rewards
  4. If a client enters the referral code and does not purchase within 180 days, the referral code is voided. The code must be re-entered in order for referral rewards to be earned.
  5. Referrals will earn the greater of a % of the total purchase by the new client, OR a flat dollar amount shown on the commission grid.

Duties of LetsGoExpo/LetsGoVote

  1. LGE will supply a Referral Identification Code to the Partner. This code is to be provided to the referred party at the time of referral to be entered at the time of creation of the account OR creation of a venue.
  2. Once the entity begins to use the system, LGE will provide
    • sales support
    • technical support
  3. Provide commissions for receipts as defined in company policies.
  • LGE will be the sole decision maker in the instance where a dispute arises between two referring entities. Referral Rewards MAY be split between the parties at the discretion of LGE.
