Audience Interaction with LetsGoVOTE

Audience and classroom interaction using cell phone text messaging

Let'sGoVOTE allows educators, presenters, or marketers to instantly learn what their students, audience, employees, customers, and attendees know (or don't know), all in real time. And it does so without the expense and burden of hardware or software. Attendees view the questions and text-message their answers. Results display in seconds!

How It works

Let's say a speaker wants to poll the audience to understand their preferences on a specific topic. Let'sGoVOTE allows the speaker to ask the audience the question, and the audience responds by sending a text message from their cell phone. Let'sGoVOTE processes the messages and displays the results immediately. This allows anonymous participation, without the costs of hardware-based audience response systems.

Questions

Questions drive the Let'sGoVOTE system. Users create questions and their associated answer options for the audience to select from. A web-page displays the questions and choices to the audience.

Responses

This is what presenters are after. Audience members text-message their responses. The Let'sGoVOTE system manages those messages and reveals the responses in graphical and tabular format on a Results page. PC users can also integrate the
presentation and answer pages into PowerPoint.
