LetsGoExpo is an extremely flexible resource for individuals as well as businesses. That means that in order to get the most out of our system, there's a lot to learn.
In an effort to provide as many on-demand resources as possible, we've created this Educational Event on our LetsGoExpo system to allow users to find help videos a quickly as possible, using the system itself.
Submit Help Videos
We'd appreciate any help videos you might feel compelled to create. Simply follow the Submit a Presentation link under Sessions, and submit your video. If approved, we'll post it to the Help System and you'll receive published credit for your production.
Become a Certified Technical Support Representative
Many or most of the videos will have an associated Quiz attached to the Presentation. Successfully complete ALL QUIZZES and you'll become a CERTIFIED TECHNICAL SUPPORT team member!
