Our goal is to bring the conference to the individuals rather than the individuals to the conference! Now, individuals unable to attend great events like CSUN in March, or the ATIA conference in January can participate in live presentations as well as view and listen to archived (recorded) presentations from the OcuSource Expo.

If you are an outstanding speaker with a topic that fits the objective of the event, please submit via the link below.

You will then be directed to a login screen on for our event. If you are new to LetsGoExpo's event management system, you will need to complete the free registration to the LetsGoExpo system. Previous users need only enter their email and password.

All courses are either Live or recorded audio or recorded screen-capture video. We will supply the tools you need (free software) and general instructions on how to generate your pre-recorded presentations. All you will need is a headset with microphone, a Windows computer, and you're on your way to create an online presentation. You may also be invited to present live via webcast. Other courses will be streamed just like a television or radio show. After the event concludes, recordings of all presentations will be available online, free to the public, for at lest 12 months.

Speakers may be offered a small honorarium for their efforts thanks to the Sponsor of the Presentation Hall in which your course is scheduled.

Speakers are required to submit their recording, PowerPoint, and any handouts 14 days prior to the event, or the course will be canceled and removed from the the course list.
